This is a six-month support program where you will be fully and personally supported to make the lifestyle changes in your health and wellness that you need to live a full, productive life. You will be changed in ways that matter while working in a confidential manner to reclaim your dreams of a healthier more energetic life. Then, you can continue to pursue the goals of your life calling with more energy everyday.
You will develop a step-by-step plan that works for you and your lifestyle to incorporate lifestyle and nutrition adjustments so you realize improved health and wellness in all aspects of your life.
- Start normalizing your life, weight, and other issues naturally
- Understand more about foods and how they affect your body
- Get exercises that work for you, your age, your condition and situation
- Fit ways to be healthier into your work life – even if you are an online entrepreneur at a computer all day long
- Learn to prepare higher quality meals with less fat and calories that really taste fabulous
- Know basic ways to help alleviate some health issues in natural, alternative ways
- Create a personal plan for ongoing health and wellness in your life
- Increase energy and feel better throughout your body
- Start to look younger, feel better, and have more energy everyday
Your Personalized Program Includes…
- Time – to talk about what’s on your mind concerning your health, eating, foods, diet issues and other topics related to being a “seasoned woman.” When was the last time someone took time to just listen to what you have to say about what concerns you, your present and future life, how you’ll take care of yourself today and tomorrow and anything else you want to express in a confidential, non-judgmental manner.
- A personalized health and wellness assessment that will provide the framework for your coaching program. You won’t get pushed into a cookie cutter format that just doesn’t fit who you are. Instead, you will have a program designed specifically around your goals. Everyone’s health situation varies. My training allows me to customize what works for the individual according to your specific needs.
- Personal coaching sessions through phone or Skype. You will be able to be accountable for your health and wellness process with “no-judgement” support (remember – I’ve been through this too so I know what it takes to stay on track with the health thing).
- E-mail support between sessions so you never feel alone in this process. Sometimes you might need a quick boost as you make changes in your life and an email contact might just do the trick.
- Personalized food information specific to your needs so you know what to eat and how according to your body. This is KEY to being able to take control of your weight. Too many times you just don’t know what to put on our plate to be healthy. Just wait till you find out you can learn to eat out, go to buffets, and enjoy the holidays while maintaining your calorie intake!
- Motivational and emotional support from a coach who is just like you. I might not be a tight, buffed, youngster anymore but I’ve gained strength and put on muscle tone through exercise and training appropriate for me. You’ll get the same support to make things happen for you.
- Resources, tools, tip sheets, and other handouts and materials to add to your program and resource library. You will have this information to refer to when you need it over time.
- Real world help with the type of foods to include in your diet that can start bringing fast changes to how you feel and look.
What is the Value of Your Health?
This is a six-month coaching program. You can extend coaching services for an additional period of time after the first session.
PLEASE remember – This is not a medical program and I am not a medical doctor but a Health Coach certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and a Raw/Vegan Chef. You should check with your doctor or other health professional prior to starting any type of program that makes changes in your health habits. This is particularly necessary if you are on medications. If you follow some of the new healthy habits in this coaching you might find your health improving and the need for medications changing. You need to keep your doctor informed of your progress at all times.
