Your Personalized Program Includes…
- A personalized health and wellness assessment that will provide the framework for your coaching program. I don’t work with cookie cutter formats but develop a program specifically for you. Everyone’s health situation varies. My training allows me to customize what works for the individual according to your specific levels of health and wellness.
- Personal coaching sessions through phone or Skype. You will be able to be accountable for your health and wellness process with ”no-judgement” support (remember – I’ve been through this too so I know what it takes to stay on track with the health thing!)
- E-mail support between sessions so you never feel alone in this process. Sometimes you will need a quick boost and an email contact might just do the trick.
- Personalized diet plan specific to your needs so you know what to eat and how. This is KEY to being able to take control of yoru weight. Too many times we just don’t know what to put on our plates to be healthy. Just wait till you find out you can still eat out, go to buffets, and enjoy the holidays while maintaining your calorie intake!.
- Motivational and emotional support from a coach who is just like you. I’m not a tight, buffed, youngster anymore but I’ve started to gain strength and put on muscle tone through exercise and training appropriate for me. You’ll get the same support to make things work for you.
- Resources, tools, tip sheets and other handouts and materials to add to your program and resource library. You will have this information to refer to when you need it over time.
What is the Value of Your Health?
This is a six-month coaching program. You can extend coaching services for an additional period of time after the first session. PLEASE remember – This is not a medical program and I am not a medical doctor but a Certified Health Coach. You should check with your doctor or other health professional prior to starting any type of program that makes changes in your health habits. This is particularly necessary if you are on medications. If you follow some of the new healthy habits in this coaching you might find your health improving and the need for medications changing. You need to keep your doctor informed of your progress at all times.

- Two 30-minute phone sessions monthly (total 12 total sessions for 6 months)
